It has a small grape, cylindrical in shape with 1 or 2 wings. Grape clusters are compact and it is quick to ripen. If managed with care and attention in produces a very elegant wine.
Winemaking: destemmed grapes and soft pressing. Fining by flotation. For alcoholic fermentation 50% of the wine goes in stainless steel tank at controlled temperature (16-18°C) , the other 50% in French oak barrels. Weekly battonage for 12 months before the blend. Finally 6 months of fining before bottling.
Alcohol: 12,5% vol
Color: golden yellow.
Bouquet: hints of apple, peach, hazelnuts and bread crust.
Taste: dry, broad and elegant.
Serving suggestions: to be served cold, ideal for an aperitif or together with fish or white meat.
