This wine is produced by the vineyard growing next to our winery, that has a loam soil. We harvest this grapes manually when the stalk of the grape turns to red with maturation. We do 15 days maceration with regular delestage and pumping over. Subsequently the fermentation continues in both wood and steel containers.
Color: deep ruby red.
Bouquet: fresh with balanced wooden notes and delicate hints of berries.
Taste: medium body, pleasantly sour.
Serving suggestions: to be served at room temperature, is perfect for cold cuts and pork meat.
