Pinot Noir – DOC Friuli Colli Orientali 2016

A complex and delicate wine, the result of the passion we use in cultivating our vines and also in the whole vinification process.

Winemaking: Our first grapes to be picked. Few kilograms from the ‘Checchini’ vineyard. The grapes are crushed and destemmed first, then they ferment in stainless steel tank and are daily hand-plunged to gently extract their soul. Short post-fermented skin contact is applied to complete the extraction of the seed tannins. Ageing in stainless steel tank to produce a complex and gentle wine.
